#Rustom1 aka #ArcherUCAV finished development by ARDE a decade before,NO tech demo. Services "lost interest" & moved to #Rustom2 renamed #TapasUCAV Now losing "interest" again to order 30 MQ9 s ( same budget can buy 300 #Rustom2 aka #TapasUCAV s, a game changing capability )

Rustom-1 was initially conceived as a technology development and demonstration platform. DRDO is steadily improving the drone to meet operational requirements. The platform was used by DRDO to develop the ATOL system that is now also used on the TAPAS.

whats the difference between chinese drone CH3 and Archer i.e #Rustom1 ? Since you know sooooo much more, than all people in DRDO and even scientist VenuGopal of ADE,,,, on all things technical about combat drones,,,, Please explain to us

@anitaofmr I am not dissing on russian drones, What I meant was the publicity surrounding TB2 is pushing IA which was drooling over import of few in number gold plated imported combat drones, to relize their folly and get into action on #Rustom1 & #TAPASBH201
