@Ryanair @Budget: Your partnership turned a simple car rental into a nightmare. Stranded in Barcelona with kids, forced to pay €500 extra +Vacation time for an "upgrade." U blame each other. We pay the price. This is why ur customer service gets 1⭐.

@Ryanair flew my grandson out with treated impetigo — non-infectious then, non-infectious 4 days later per UK/Irish health guidance. Yet you refused him home. Stranded, distressed, out of pocket, met with curt automated replies. Never again. Booking @easyJet. #RyanairFail #FlightDisruption #ConsumerRights
@Ryanair 3 emails with proof my booking was made DIRECTLY on your site and 3 copy-pasted replies about "third-party agents" that ignore everything I said. Does anyone actually read customer emails or just hit templates? #RyanairFail
@Ryanair operations book 1.01. Flight RK9844 scheduled for 16.15. Google shows the flight has departed. #Ryanair app says it's boarding (the last 45 mins). Reality is 100s of people queuing, noone at the gate, no idea what's going on. #Disaster #ryanairfail
@Ryanair Your customer service closed my case without reading my request. I asked to add 20kg baggage due to a technical issue, but I was given irrelevant info about claiming baggage instead. I expect proper resolution & a formal complaint lodged. #RyanairFail
Appalled by @Ryanair BRS→MRS 27/09/25! 😡 1hr delay, rude attendants blocking toilets, no greetings/thanks, rough landing & unsafe post-landing instructions causing +30min delay. Totally unacceptable. I demand FULL compensation! #RyanairFail #PassengerRights
Exijo reembolso inmediato.#EU261 #RyanairFail
@Ryanair are seating families so mothers are with the kids while dads sit elsewhere? What is this, the 1950s? Sort your outdated algorithms out. #RyanairBackToThePast #RyanairFail @RyanairPress
Here’s a revised version within the 280-character limit:
Ryanair & Malta Air destroyed my luggage and REFUSE to replace or reimburse it, claiming they’re not responsible. This is an absolute disgrace—travelers, BEWARE! Your belongings mean nothing to them. #RyanairFail #Maltaair
Wow, @Ryanair took no action aside from 'liking' one post. A stranded mum, sick baby, and 16-yr-old without food or drink at Mallorca airport. Both phones dead, and they're panicked about how to get home from Luton. Ryanair just turns a blind eye. #MallorcaAirport #RyanairFail
@Ryanair, this was the first-ever flight and international trip for the mum, 16-yr-old, and baby—their only experience with air travel is with you. You have a chance to turn this around and show you care. Please make it right. #RyanairFail #Stranded
@Ryanair, you stranded a 16-yr-old, baby (just out of hospital), and mum at Mallorca airport with no card, charger, or food. A family member tried to bring essentials but was told they'd be denied boarding too. This is inhumane. Act now! #RyanairFail #Stranded
I'd heard the comments about #Ryanair but thought I'd give them a chance. One flight and I now understand why customer service is a foreign concept to them. Saving money isn't worth the stress. #NeverAgain #RyanairFail
So my Ryanair flight to Dublin yesterday was delayed by 6 hours and 45 minutes. I’m being denied EU compensation from Ryanair as not boarding that flight shows no intent to travel, even though I would have missed my return flight! Are they for real? @Ryanair #ryanairfail
WTF @Ryanair_IT ! Ho pagato per un posto assegnato ma al momento dell'imbarco mi è stato riassegnato il posto random. Ho aperto un ticket e ho chiamato, ma dopo 15 giorni ancora nessun rimborso e nessun contatto da parte vostra. #RyanairFail @askryanair
@Ryanair @askryanair This is not true. Ryanair is super sketchy. They will repeatedly lie, delay, and try to weasel out of having any accountability for their actions. I do not recommend flying with Ryanair. #RyanairFail
Says it all when I'd rather pay an extra £102 to fly back to England with @easyJet then back with @Ryanair after their crappy customer service. Never booking with you again.
#Ryanair #RyanAirFail
@Ryanair so I have managed to fly successfully around the Mediterranean for the last two years (I am aircrew so travel a lot) without being charged excess on my small guitar. Now on the delayed MRS to CTA and paid €45 for the privilege. I will not fly #Ryanairfail again
Hola @Ryanair_ES. Fa mes de CINC MESOS que espero el retorn de l’import dels vols que ens vau cancel•lar. Em vau demanar les dades per privat però no heu gestionat absolutament res ni m’heu donat cap resposta. Per quan la solució? #StillWaiting #RyanairFail #RyanairRefund
@youdith @Ryanair Same here. And got the same response by Hugo to send a DM. Which I did but two days ago he stopped replying. They say refunds cannot be made because bank agents have to work from home. Ridiculous excuse. They are fooling us. #ryanairfail
