The Government of India has launched the Special Campaign for Disposal of Pending Matters (SCDPM) 5.0 from 2nd to 31st October 2025, with a focus on e-waste disposal, efficient space management, and workplace enhancement in field offices.
In the last campaign, #SCDPM4.0, DPE achieved 100% digitisation and file weeding, freed 8,064 sq. ft. of office space, generated revenue through scrap disposal, renovated office premises, and carried out citizen-centric cleanliness drives.
Building on these achievements, DPE remains committed to further strengthening efficiency, sustainability, and transparency through #SCDPM5.0. As part of the preparatory phase of #specialcampaign5.0, from 15th to 30th September 2025, obsolete equipment, e-waste and other targets are being identified. These targets will be systematically addressed during the implementation phase from 2ndto 31st October 2025.
