TPN Dev Update
As most infrastructure failures only appear under scale and load, a large part of this week’s work was focused on improving validator stability as the subnet grows.
These updates include:
• More stable worker validation for large miner pools
• Improved timeout and cleanup handling
• Fixes preventing cascading false “down” reports
• Better resource management during validation cycles
• Simplified validator setup with fewer unnecessary dependencies
Ultimately, this update results more predictable validation, fewer silent failures, and smoother subnet operations.

Right now, TPN exposes connectivity via APIs (SOCKS5 endpoints + x402 payment flow), but we don’t yet have a pre packaged agent skill module.
That’s actually part of the purpose of this hackathon.
We want to explore what an agent native connectivity skill looks like whether that’s a reusable skill wrapper, an autonomous routing decision module or a connectivity aware agent architecture.
Ideally, this hackathon helps define what the TPN skill should become.

Today I sat in two subnet AMAs. #SN6 @numinous_ai and #SN65 TPN @sn65_tpn . Both had real tech.
Both had weak first-3-seconds messaging. That gap is expensive. In a decentralized market, the best builders don’t automatically win. The clearest story wins.
Here’s the fix I want every subnet to adopt. The Marketing Kernel.
Hook: what problem you kill
Promise: what the user gets
Proof: one measurable thing
CTA: one action right now
If you can’t say it in 8 seconds, you don’t have it yet.
I’m going to help subnets translate builder language into user language. If you’re a subnet founder, drop your current landing line. I’ll rewrite 3 versions: user, builder, investor. And I’ll run a poll in X so the market picks the winner.
