#SPVTransfer REC Power Development and Consultancy Ltd (RECPDCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of REC Ltd., handed over Luhri Power Transmission Limited, the project-specific Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), to the successful bidder, M/S Terralight Solar Energy Tinwari Private Limited, on 21 August 2026. The SPV will facilitate the establishment of “Transmission system for Evacuation of Power from Sunni Dam HEP and Luhri Stage -1 HEP” on a Build, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis. The SPV was handed over by Sh. Rajkumar Sonkar, HoD (CS), RECPDCL, to Sh. Nitin Mahajan, General Manager (Bidding), Terralight Solar Energy Tinwari Private Ltd., in the presence of Sh. Ratnesh Kumar, GM (Engg.), RECPDCL and other senior officials from RECPDCL, Terralight Solar Energy Tinwari Private Ltd. and Central Transmission Utility of India Ltd. The transmission project broadly envisages establishment of 400/220 kV GIS Nange Pooling station in Himachal Pradesh, 400 KV Nange PS to Koldam D/c line of 50 kms along with other associated works.
