What a joke of an airline @SouthwestAir Please support Sam and don’t ever fly SWA ever again. No one answers the phone, no online chat, multiple hours in CS. So I will take my multiple thousands of dollars a year on travel elsewhere. Repost and get the message out. #swasucks

Just if anyone is thinking about flying @SouthwestAir anytime soon this is how they operate. Cancel on top of cancel with no option of reimbursement, no accommodation for a hotel and food to eat, and separate you from your luggage.
