@shogochiai To bring on-chain execution to off-chain voting we require an oracle.
@RealityEthBot is the oracle that we are most comfortable with for resolving real-world events on-chain -- it's under the hood of @Omen_eth -- so it's a natural fit for #SafeSnap as well.
#SafeSnap allows to seamlessly upgrade the former into the latter.
Governance tokens should be differentiated between soft (feature request snapshot voting or placeholder tokens) and hard (direct control over treasury and smart contract changes).
I expect the latter to be minority
