The journalist knows that the arrest and beating of Nikola Sandulovic was an exclusive decision of Aleksandar Vucic. The journalist also knows that the decision on my arrest is made exclusively by the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic. The ONLY reason I'm free is because the US, UK and EU attention was big enough on this issue. And I saw that very clearly during the detention and investigation that the Security Information Agency of Serbia conducted on me for 4 hours yesterday.

📢 EVIDENCE OF THE BEATING OF SANDULOVUĆ IN BIA: Today we publish the medical report of the Clinical Hospital Center of Serbia in Belgrade, which states: - that Nikola Sandulović was beaten by unknown persons; - that his seventh rib was broken from the beating in BIA; - that his state of health is such that it is not possible to transport him from Belgrade (to Niš, where he was later detained even though he was not questioned). Let us recall that, according to the statement of Nikola Sandulović, which he gave to me as his lawyer, he was "abducted from his house by members of the BIA, who took him to the headquarters of the agency, where they beat him". Later, he was sentenced to illegal detention "for laying flowers on the grave of the seven-year-old Albanian girl Brerima Jašari" (this is the action for which he was charged with the claim that he thereby committed the crime of inciting national hatred under Article 317 of the CC) The medical report that we are publishing today was supposed to disappear in the prison hospital of the Central Prison where they pushed Nikola Sandulivuć together with the medical documentation of the civil hospital (KBC) that he had with him.
