Try clockwise and if it doesn’t work try the other way. These loop were visible when fluoro was used in the ancient times. That’s where all this knowledge comes from. Good news is, loops are back in vogue because we can see them again with #scopeguide or similar.

We have #scopeguide at out VA🏨. Being able to visualized the location of the loop was super helpful when I was a junior fellow and tried to learn about loop reduction.
