Amazon delivered a box of Section 110-R. Which was thoughtful, because that provision of law is not in the US Code, Ohio Revised Code, nor on Westlaw. But it is empty, meaning repealed, #secretlaw, or hiding under the couch. Bottom line none of us know if we are in compliance.

Very good development. Access to legal documents should not be rationed by ability to pay. Fees, paywalls, etc. are a form of legal secrecy - #secretlaw

Congrats! Hope this gets affirmed. But a full solution for the general phenomenon of #secretlaw requires legislation.
A federal court just held that about 1/4 of all Office of Legal Counsel opinions probably fall w/in the provision of the Freedom of Information Act requiring proactive disclosure to the public.
