Read the exchange. Someone somewhere decided that "since we can only use the 15 chars when liaising with providers, let's just ask for that, full names are not important". Instead of taking the full name, respectfully, and truncating it as needed when needed. #lazy #shitUX

If your automatic updater is going to do this, @Dell, it should say so when or before it requests a restart. And using a single progress bar that restarts for each task is a pretty useless indicator of progress without some indication of the number of tasks. #ShitUX

#shitUX in Google maps. They changed buttons placement, and now - in the most convenient place you can find menu with settings, account management and so on. How many times user should press that menu button? I don't think that often. So why it placed in that place?

Excellent example of truly #shitUX from @samsung and their #SamsungCloud service: I get an email on the 11th, but dated the 10th, telling me that my data will be deleted on the 11th because of 1 year of inactivity. I go check that, the account's already been deleted. Unbelievable

If the intention of Core was to keep the blockchain small, a much better approach would have been to globally update a minimum fee to a higher amount instead of limiting blocksize. This would have ensured next block confirmations, and kept usage minimal. #Bitcoin #Core #ShitUX
