@smithelem_Noel The resolution is something that takes time and practice from the teacher and a campus. We have to work hard to implement new norms and strategies. Sometimes that means shifting our thinking, establishing those relationships, and spending the time at the beginning. #SmithLearns
I think CPS and Plan B would be a great addition to our school. I liked the idea of starting with a small cohort to really hone skills and then branching out to help guide other teachers until all are on board and comfortable #smithlearns

Overall, Joeyโs behavior seemed to improve but more importantly his relationship with the teacher improved. It seems realistic- esp the time it takes to see the changes #smithlearns
