For example, terms such as "FETO" are the discourse of #socialgenocide and fall under the category of hate speech 🚫🗯️.
By reporting such posts 🚩📋, you can contribute to making social media platforms a #healthier🍃 and #safer 🛡️ environment.
📖 Here is a step-by-step guide on how to report a hate speech post on @X:
1. Steps to Report a Post
🎯Click on the three dots (...) icon in the upper right corner of the share.
🚩Select "Report post” from the drop-down menu.
🤬Answer the question “What type of issue are you reporting?” with "Hate ‘ and click’ Next ”.
On the screen that appears, select the two options that correspond to the content of the post:
🗣️“Slurs and tropes” or 🚨 “incitement”
✔️After making your selection, click on the "Submit'' button.
2. Tracking the Results
You will shortly receive a message saying “Notification received” 📩 in the "Notifications” 🔔 tab of your account.
Upon receipt of this notification, the corresponding teams of platform X will review the post. After review, they:
- Can remove the post ❌,
- Suspend or close the account 🔒,
- Or decide that the post does not violate X rules ✅.
3. Why Should We Keep Reporting?
While in some cases platform X may not remove specific posts, this process is critical to preventing the spread of hate speech 🛑. Collective reporting, along with continuous and regular reporting, can help platforms develop a more sensitive approach to this type of content.
4. Your Personal Contribution Matters
Remember, this fight requires a collective consciousness 🧠 and individual efforts 💪.
