Day 19 of no luggage, ask @British_Airways have they checked all 3 airports and they won’t answer the question! Next step freedom of information request if they are unwilling to answer my questions as to what they have done to try and locate my luggage ! #sortitoutba

16 days and still no luggage and no updates from @British_Airways other than still looking! How hard can it be to find a suitcase with a very detailed description, they won’t even tell me where it was last scanned !!! BA do not care about their customers !! 😡#sortitoutba

Day one 10 with no luggage, any update @British_Airways ? Surely it doesn’t take this long to find a case if it does then it’s worrying from a security perspective!!! No one seems bothered it’s just an everyday occurrence to BA #sortitoutBA

What a joke @British_Airways is, already 3 hour delay from Las Vegas to Heathrow BA274 and now been told we are starting to board at the time we thought we were departing!! Missing our connection #SortItOutBA
