@SpiritAirlines kept us locked in a plane for 3 hours breathing chemicals, then refused hotel or help. We spent $1,500 extra and were left stranded. I’ve filed a complaint with @USDOT . This is unacceptable. #SpiritFail

I feel like if you’re going to be stuck on the tarmac because of a “computer issue” in a full plane with no air circulation, the least @SpiritAirlines could do is comp you a bottle of water 🙄 #SpiritFail

C'mon @SpiritAirlines, it's been over 6 hours and still just getting delayed over and over. My friends and I are trying to get to Fort Lauderdale to get to a friend's wedding! At this rate we're going to miss it! Worst experience I've had with an airlines #spiritfail #NeverAgain
