Sunny & 70s (expected) w/ a lot of wind (not expected) meant a sub-3 wasn’t in cards, but something unimaginable happened…I won! 😅 A 3:12 has to be the slowest winning marathon ever 😂 Thx @DFVwines for being a great host again this year and pops for sharing this experience! 🙏

Fat Load Day 7 of 10 😎 Weights today 🏋🏻‍♂️ Felt a little flat Post-workout: @liveowyn protein shake, Burrata salad w/ 4oz Salmon, 1 pack of seaweed, 2 🧄 olives (2nd day in a row for this meal 😋) 3 more days before re-introducing carbs! #keto #SpringfieldMarathon 🤞
