I'm on my 2nd phone call with @squaretrade trying to get coverage. The warranty clearly says ADH and inside the legal jargon it says broken monitors are not covered, unless you have ADH, which we do. Really a crazy hassle. #squaretrade @nowitsucks
Build on your own soil. Get your own hosting and build with #Wordpress. Building with #Wix, #Shopify, #Squaretrade and others means that you're building on borrowed land and if they cancel you, you have no way to take their proprietary code with you. Not wise at all.

Finally, after 2 hours received the confirmation that #squaretrade was not repair or replace my unit. Instead they are going to reimburse me the full purchase amount so I could buy a new headset. I thought to myself, isn't it cost effective to order the part and fix my device?
