I voluntarily signed up to put myself through one of the most intense experiences of my life.
And I'm LOVING it.
I'm officially 1 week into @stanforcreators #StanLaunchPad, where I'm competing against 30 other startups on a reality show for a chance to win $100,000.
For the past week, my life has looked like this:
👉🏼 Sleeping in cabins with other founders.
👉🏼 Being camera-ready by 7:30am EVERY day.
👉🏼 Spending 12+ hours a day building HumanPost.
👉🏼 Trying to make more progress in a few weeks than most startups make in months.
And the craziest part?
We can get eliminated at any point.
We just survived our first round of eliminations, and HumanPost is still in the running. 🫡
But something I've been thinking about a LOT this week is how much your environment changes what you're capable of.
When you're surrounded by 30 other ambitious founders, working ridiculous hours, and constantly being pushed outside your comfort zone, you start operating at a completely different level.
I've always loved having my back against the wall.
The pressure. The competition. The feeling that there's no other option but to figure it out.
And being here has reminded me just how much I thrive in those environments.
Obviously, I want HumanPost to win that $100k.
But regardless of what happens, I'm taking the discipline, friendships, and everything I'm learning here back with me.
Because the real goal isn't winning a reality show.
It's building HumanPost into a HUGE company.

we've moved our company ahead further in the last 7 days than the last 7 months
desk setup tonight is an outdoor fire pit at #StanLaunchpad in upstate new york.
during the day everyone here is stressed about pitch decks, milestones, and the next elimination ceremony. it gets easy to make every single hour about surviving to tomorrow.
then it's late, freezing outside, and i'm sitting here with a warm laptop building.
i want to remember this part too. the messy, quiet stretch while my startup is still coming together.
