Today was my first time in a courtroom. I was hoping to be present when the court dropped ALL charges against Tracy McCarter, but that didn’t happen today. Instead, under “In God We Trust”, we witnessed justice delayed, but hopefully not ultimately denied. #StandWithTracy
Today was another instance of the criminal legal system forcing survivors into a complex maze of legal procedures, extending life altering decisions. The court announced a decision on #DropHerCharges will come by the end of the week.
The system continues to wage violence by dragging this out. The fight is not over. Tracy will be free #StandWithTracy #DropHerCharges

Justice Diane Kiesel didn't issue a decision in Tracy McCarter's case today. She will rule on @ManhattanDA motion to dismiss the charges against McCarter by the end of the week.
