Kudos to @AleVeccia88 for leading the team and publishing this SR & MA on @UrolOncol. Radical #cystectomy with #stentless urinary diversion was systematically reviewed to evaluate surgical #outcomes, postoperative complications, and sequelae. Our analysis found no statistically significant differences between stentless and stented urinary diversion groups, though the stent group had higher odds for major postoperative #complications (OR 3.00 - 95%CI 1.06; 8.52; P = 0.04). BPVs may also vary based on the presence (stented) or absence (stentless) of supporting struts. Stentless valves may have larger EOAIs and thus have lower gradients and earlier regression of LVH, #ASEchoJC
