Unbelievable that people have to fight for basic rights. The document isn’t even specific regarding what constitutes as “minor” crime. And decriminalisation is not the answer.
Govt’s logic to revive economy:

Govt. and justice system would rather decriminalise actual crimes and discrimination to "unclog" number of cases than do justice to people. Priority of this justice system isn't justice but strengthening capitalism by denying rights to the marginalized #StopAmendmentOfRPDAct2016
