Nine Golden Rules! #SundayShares
Nine Golden Rules
Simple ideas with a big impact.
1 - Keep It Flowing.
Kick ins and dribble ins only.
2 - Beware Stealth Goalkeepers.
Stop players camping in mini goals. Use a small zone.
3 - Get The Space Right.
Too small is too chaotic. Too big and there is not enough pressure.
4 - Restart Fast
Have spare balls on cones around the pitch.
5 - Retreat After Goals.
Touch your own goal before play begins.
6 - Ask Don't Tell.
Use questions between games.
7 - Change It Up.
Use different game forms. Two mini-goals, four mini-goals, two larger goals with GKs.
8 - Challenge, Don't Instruct.
Can You? Try to? How might?
9 - Make It Fun!
Encourage creativity and dribbling.
What should be rule 10?

Sometimes our brick walls can seem 20 feet tall. It can be easier to break them down brick by brick. They could be anything from trying to get a relative to test to being unable to locate a record to confirm a working theory. What are the bricks in your brick wall? #SundayShares
