How is it that #covidtesting scamsters like #testngo and many others are brazenly touting that they have approval of @FCDOtravelGovUK. Are the authorities and the scamsters in bed together?

@neill_bob if you have any clout with the government recommended list of 2-day test providers please remove #testngo, day 3 and we’re still waiting for results, kids need to go to school and I’m very much needed in the NHS

How can it be possible that the 2-day test providers in the government list are not reliable? Please, avoid #DanteLabs and #TestnGo Any way to raise a complaint? @GOVUK #timodelaestampitapandemico

Awaiting day 2 PCR results in order to return to work in NHS, no reply to email, my husband was sent a broken test and yet to be sent replacement or refund. How are this company still being allowed to operate? Government approved?!? @BBCPanorama @scotgov @GOVUK #TestnGo

Anybody used #TestnGo for day 2 PCR. We sent the tests and registered them on Dec17. No results and no response from the company. My sisters-in-law flew in to see their dying mother. This is extremely distressing. #testing #PCRfail

Still waiting on my 12 hour hour turnaround Day2 PCR #TestnGo - there is a Covid fraud hotline the government set up and Citizens Advice have a scam alert programme. Might be worth getting in touch with them
