@EdithC28 @jennobunz That’s exactly what happened when my disc totally herniated/collapsed. The best decision made was having cervical disc replacement & lumbar fusion by an amazing surgeon. I immediately stopped having 24/7 headaches/migraines, burning & fire pain, & more. #TexasBackInstitute #HUGS

@stevero40104467 @JoeAllenNewman @SaraGedda2 @Isaac38873436 @CMerandi Yes, cervical disc replacement relieved 90% of pain. I went to #TexasBackInstitute who pioneered this type of disc. They do lumbar disc replacement, but discitis after an ESI ate away too much bone. It would cause more damage than harm. Tarlov Cysts👇 https://t.co/YHygVBDvKb

After moving to Texas & being stuck at home due to pain I was terrified to innie minnie miny moe a surgeon my insurance covers. He gave me info. I researched, asked for a referral from my PCP. 1/3

@headdock @funchefchick @AjayManhapra @ChadDKollas @StefanKertesz @US_FDA Well, I can still thank you for my surgeon who has basically been my knight in shining armor. Reducing pain with surgeries, & saved me when my PM abandoned me after the last one. I can’t thank you enough for the referral. #TexasBackInstitute ♥️

@headdock FYI after referring me to #TexasBackInstitute… 90% pain reduction from cervical disc replacement in May. Lumbar fusion completed yesterday. Waiting to be released today. So far no worse than my most painful days at home… except my pain is adequately treated now.
