A petition was filed at the Sindh High Court in 2016 by some residents of #Tharparkar around their grievances and concerns with the #TharCoalPowerProject.
The intent of the petition is to protect Thar's environment, land, livestock, clean water, and locals' fundamental rights provided by the Constitution.
