Per capita expenditure on WASH on Burkina is €8.7/person/year says @jcnansi presenting #TrackFin data. 1/4 Ghana's investment. 60% coming from users. 1/3 of whats needed. This is how sector spending should be presented .. not as % .. but as real $$ per person!
