TREASURE ISLAND (B+/73): Wiseman-like observations of a French park through the summer. Probably political subtleties to it that I miss as an outsider, although some of those elements accrue. Fantastic sound design and mix. #TrueFalse19 #TrueFalse
MR. SOUL! (B-/62): Exhaustive detailing, in both senses of the word, of an important (but unknown-to-me) public TV show and the man behind it. Some great vintage footage of key African-American artists. #TrueFalse19 #TrueFalse
