@TUIUK my Toulouse–Manchester flight was cancelled nearly 24hrs before departure. I arrived 8+ hours late, yet you’re claiming it was only a 160‑min delay… even though you emailed me the cancellation. I’ve filed a UK/EU261 claim (£220). This needs fixing. #UK261 #EU261 #TUIUK
