The fact that Turn Up And Go was made out to be a progressive feature when that's how it should have been to start with says a lot.

@AccessStep So it looks as though the EU Reg, which may now need to be pleaded as well as the Equality Act in County Court cases has reduced time for travel bookings to 24 hours. Most companies are doing that already aren’t they? Does this damage #turnupandgo? What about level access....?

They just need to eliminate the need for pre-notification on the upcoming Rail Passenger Rights' Regulation.
