From outside our communities, people don't see the losses. Part of why @thekattdazzle does this is #TysonCook who passed at 21 with a week-old baby. We still see his face tho we never met. HE/SREAT & many non-rare but rarely dx conditions take lives. #CureGP please. 💚

@buttahflyk @dazzle4rare A6. We lost a young man #TysonCook in 2016 right around the time my Mum & her twin died. We also had a young woman #FreeDerya who was essentially medically kidnapped. No one would respond to my emails, calls, & outreach so #Dazzle4Rare was born. #SarcChat #SarcDazzle

This is the cause that helped start #Dazzle4Rare with the convergence of #HEFamily not getting the help or attention they need and with the passing of a very young man #TysonCook It's so hard for any community to get the volume they need for the rest of the world to take note.

#Dazzle4RareChallenge It took 38 years to dx a genetic condition, #hEDS #EhlersDanlosSyndrome I didn't start @dazzle4rare for myself but for #TysonCook #FreeDerya #HEAwareness #HEFamily and everyone who struggles to reach the people they need to reach with their msg.

@Robin_Lexi That is 100%. We carry their memory with us and we never forget them. We'll never forget #TysonCook #FreeDerya (alive but still battling hard) and our @AutonomicRN. Also missing so many friends who were rare but died too young of complications. 🌈
