@NUFCblogs @politicshome #UN2018 Report Austerity was a political choice.
MCVey misled parliament onDWP, they repeatedly voted to keep cruel welfare reform going despite clear evidence it was failing on every level. DWPpolices itself.
@notmany4benny @NeilMoffatt @Allchanges @nikpet1 @mojos55 And back to #UN2018 Report. https://t.co/8h8SzfB1Zk Provided for the ‘hard of thinking’ that will inevitably make the usual ridiculous comments .
My op-ed today in the @Independent: In response to my report on poverty in the #UK, the government has refused to take these findings seriously, instead preferring a defensive approach that sidesteps all the real issues https://t.co/meSCImTWxi #UKPoverty
@hunterathelen Re: benefit fraud. The fraud is less then 1% of Budget. DWP spend more trying to find it. Check out #UN2018 Report @Alston_UNSR
@AmberRuddHR That’ll be the day Tories are no longer Tories. It’s their raison d’etre. You’ve had nine b****y years, Ms Rudd, and all your Govt has done is to make matters worse, not by accident, but deliberately. See #UN2018 report, and Brexit will further entrench poverty, homelessness etc.
@BENEFITS_NEWS @MutliRaceMan zero impact assessments and #UN2018 if that hasn’t prodded ‘Powers that be’ - nothing will.
@Alston_UNSR @LePlanRex @Independent @WestminsterWAG and another for you. #UN2018 report into UK Poverty? Recall that?
@WestminsterWAG Sarah; you’re a journalist, your husband has run in PM selection process and ran Vote Leave. You have google, TV, radio, twitter. There is NO way you can be that be serious? Meanwhile try #DWPCrimes and also #UN2018
@theresa_may Your Govt has done more to create a truly hostile environment for sick and disabled than any other. #UN2018 report? Impact assessments into UC? Constant votes to cut benefits? You are denting benefits to terminally ill, forcing them to rely on food banks. #DWPCrimes.
@Green2020Tweet @stonesister7 @debbyfield1 @abcpoppins @NarcAware @HereBeProof @VesperUK @smilinglaura @VeroVero777 @tfoale @Hil67 @peterjukes @Kean1S @nickynoo007 @Davidmetroland You must check out #UN2018 report into UK poverty. ‘ a political choice, not a necessity ‘. We owe more now than before Tory Austerity started.
@Arron_banks The stupid leave voters are letting you tell them that’s the case, when it’s Tory Policy. #UN2018 Report. Says it clearly. Austerity is a political choice, not necessity. After Brexit costing us £650 million a week, in planning , it will be impossible to fund NHS, after leaving.
@ElliotElinor All He has to do is read #UN2018 Report. And the three before that. And the rank refusal of Govt to accept the findings, or do impact assessments into UC. Guess He wasn’t in HoC when they voted overwhelmingly not to do them?
@LePlanRex Wake up UK. This is going on under your noses, in your town, and the UK is carrying on as if it’s OK. See #UN2018 report. This is a political choice- NOW, it was not necessary. Brexit will make it both a choice, AND necessary- no revenue, no welfare. To millions more.
@MarshadeCordova @LibertyHall1916 @AmberRuddHR @MetroUK @AmberRuddHR this is your responsibility, your department have failed, and THIS is the result. First thing Monday morning I want to hear that you have re- instated this Gents benefits, he has food and electric money, and you make a statement as to why your Dept failed. #UN2018
@EstherMcVey1 @SteveBakerHW The #UN2018 report into UK Poverty? The three others before that? How did about voting to freeze benefits again?
@theresa_may Reflecting on the #UN2018 Report into UK Poverty, and implementing the reccomend actions , @theresa_may? How about reading the files at @NCA_UK on EU Referendum? and re-instating the investigation, Revoke Art 50, set up a Judicial Inquiry? All great for Christian ethics.
@IanDunt @SpanishDan1 Anyone can access and read #UN2018 Report into UK poverty. It states clearly that it’s an idealogical political choice and not borne out of necessity. It clearly states it’ll get worse after Brexit. It makes clear reccomended actions. Not 1 has been done by Govt.
@theresa_may The ‘decent moderate politics’ that saw you judged by UN as enabling descriminatory ( against Human Rights) policies on sick and disabled, denying benefits to terminally ill, ‘ austerity is a political choice’ #UN2018 report, @theresa_may
