#Biden with his new politically motivated Student Loan forgiveness plan, which is a new version of the old illegal plan, openly again violates #USConstition & #USSupremeCourt ruling. As Supreme Court held that under the Constitution only the #USCongress not the Executive branch has the power to transfer billions of student debt from the borrowers to the taxpayers of US. Merely changing the method of forgiveness of debt doesn't make the Biden plan constitutional or pass the constitutional muster. SC will strike it down.
