Is there a reason @UberEats is refusing to refund an item that was not delivered and the merchant told me they didn’t charge??? #Uberripoff @USQWines has been wonderful. Uber refuses to call them and clarify. As an Uber One member I’m so disappointed.

No longer using @Uber unless I’m desperate. I guess last time I hurriedly used the app I signed up for “Uber One” - they make it MUCH TOO EASY to accidentally do that!! No more sneaky monthly charges for me, thanks!! #UberRipOff

@Uber_Support please let me know why I was charged £54 last night for a 2 mile journey which took 10minutes ? Are you trying to rip people off? As someone who is not a resident in London I was not aware that this would only be a 10minute journey costing £54 #uber #uberripoff

I was caught up in last nights transport nightmare at Waterloo. It occured to me that when #Uber started up I viewed them as an innovative startup, now I view them as just another US corporation ripping off drivers and the public. Revoke their licence. #UberRipOff

@AsennaWealth I went by Uber from Orange County to Anaheim, and what I found was if you wanted to be dropped off just outside Disneyland, you’d pay as much as 50% more than if you were dropped off a street away from there. Same goes with LAX airport. #UberRipOff

@uber over here gauging the riders while ripping off the drivers. Supposed to take 20% from me since I’m grandfathered into the old rates. They took 54% of one ride and 62% of the other! #uber #ubersucks #uberripoff
