Dear @TataMotors , I had given my car TATA ALTROZ – MH47AY9478 for a routine service on 3rd March 2025 at #WasanMotor , Kandivali West. They crashed my car! over speeding (~65 kmph) on a public road during a so-called "test drive," -Lied about the accident blaming steering lock and later changing it to driver misjudgment and later to drivers fault. -Air bags are deployed, Engine is down. -Did not file a police complaint. Claimed Panchanama done, later denied the same. -Tried to force me to use my insurance for their mistake! -Threatened me that if I go legal car would rot as it is. -Gave me a shocking ₹8,30,000 repair estimate. -Shockingly, @TataMotors Customer Care Manager – Pankaj Tilve is taking their side, offering zero help and no accountability. On Jan 22,we were given the car back saying to drive the car under observation for a month by Mr. Dhaval khorashiya and on 3rd March the noise was reproduced. We have been speaking to Keith dsouza (service head) and @Schandr8050429 #wasanmotor
