Feeling very lucky to have been there this week when my lovely caseloading lady had a waterbirth on the Haven @UHD_NHS. She was a true warrior, working through each contraction and eventually reaching down to catch her baby. #bestjobever #waterbirth #withwoman

My labor patient, a former foster kid-abused & trafficked since she was 8 months-very low IQ (probably bc of abuse) had a sweet baby w severe deformities & lifelong medical conditions.
God is on the throne.
But my heart is so grieved.
