Saw a detailed report from @JoshuaHamsa tracing an #xrpld 3.2.0 sync stall to manifest exchange saturating upload bandwidth on constrained connections. Excellent debugging in tracing it all the way to TCP send-queue starvation, not the obvious suspects.
Checked my own setup instead of assuming I was in the clear:
SugarXRPL Validator:
Link speed: 1 Gbps fiber
Peak upload during peer exchange: ~23 Mbps (~2% utilization)
TCP send queues: near empty across 22 peers
Server state: proposing, healthy
Not every node hits this, but good on Josh for doing the legwork so operators know what to check. This is what makes the network more resilient.

Today the Sugar Validator upgraded to #xrpld 3.2.0 — and this one came with a milestone: rippled officially became xrpld. Not just a version bump, a full rename.
Back online healthy:

Consensus healthy
Ledger age = 1s
Upgrade successful
This one had some extra wrinkles — new package, new service user, config paths that don't carry over automatically. Worked through it slow and careful, backed everything up first. Validator identity intact the whole way through.
