So... which person influential to DDOT or the Mayor lives on a commute route that uses Grant Circle? That's the only logical reason why DDOT would go against a well researched livability study... right? #ZeroVison
Converting Grant Circle to one lane was a recommendation from DC's Rock Creek East Livability study... more than six years ago. But DDOT's analysis was that the conversion would result in excessive backups and aggressive driving. But the status quo is dangerous and unacceptable.
