Day 1 putting Claude Opus 5.5 in charge of #amoOS
Setup in plain English: I run agents across 3 machines (Claude Code + Codex). One model acts as the coordinator — it plans, reviews, dispatches work, and merges. The other models are the workers that write most of the code.
By 4pm SGT today: 30 PRs merged, 30 tasks shipped.
Opus 5.5 on those coordinator sessions (grid below): 1,340 turns, ~189k context per turn, 98.5% cache hit, only 2.8k fresh input tokens all day. Weekly Claude usage only jumped ~12% in the past 12 hours vs ~20% for 6 hours using Opus 5 before.
Long may this continue!
oof.. I vanished, here's how I turned amoOS into my own near-autonomous software factory:
bought a pre-built pc ( almost went broke haha ), with an old mac mini and the macbook pro that's 3 compute nodes making up my fleet, on 24/7. #amoOS dispatches coding sessions ( #claude and #codex , purposely made vendor agnostic )
next, I built a remote hosted mcp and mostly left the webapp version, dashboard is a view but mcp is the control plane where claude, codex, cursor even manus, anywhere can plan, dispatch, kill and attach sessions across the fleet
Stepped back for a bit to finish my MSc in Robotics, travel, and ship hard on amoOS in private. At the start of the year it was a functional second brain, with a fancy knowledge graph ( and yes, it's retired .. will write this about later ).
Today #amoOS drives my work: multi-project orchestration, fleet, verification, and a Brain that actually compounds.
Here’s what daily operations look like now:

Strongly agree. Building amoOS, I’ve already cut worker startup context from ~43K to ~9K tokens using role-specific MCP profiles, pointer-first memory and lazy loading.
Next: test how far we can strip duplicated rules and examples while keeping hard runtime guardrails. #amoOS

Finally tackled the Gmail & Calendar integrations today. #amoOS wasn't truly complete without them, now it has full visibility into my schedule, emails, and everything else.

Some days I feel completely alone in the grind, like no one (not even me) really knows what I’ve been pouring hours into.

Yupp — I did it!
Built a Telegram bot that lets me chat with my #amoOS second brain from anywhere.
All the fundamental pieces (RAG, memory layers, activity tracking, project data) were already there, Telegram setup was surprisingly easy.
Watch till the end, you can see amoOS highlighting areas that I need to improve based on my github activity and it's so spot on!

I've been laser-focused on pure functionality for weeks, solid memory system and ingestion pipelines, productivity tools and research hubs but today I'm switching gears to something pure fun and visually wild.
Time to make the 3D Knowledge Graph feel like a sci-fi mind palace you control with your hands.
Plan: Integrate MediaPipe hand tracking + three.js particles so I can gesture to interact with nodes in real-time (pan, select, explode into particles on pinch?).
Good news: the current graph already runs on three.js via react-force-graph-3d , so it's "just" adding webcam + gesture mapping.

Thinking about adding dynamic knowledge extraction to #amoOS chat. Right now conversations are ephemeral, but what if we let Gemini Flash / GPT-5.2 classify info in real-time and decide:
→ Long-term insight? → Layer 1 (Personal Knowledge)
→ Project-related? → Layer 2
→ Recent activity? → Layer 3
