ಪ್ರಜಾಪ್ರಭುತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರ ಭಾಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡುವುದು ಬಹಳ ಅವಶ್ಯಕವಾದುದು.
ಜನರ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಬಳಸಿದಷ್ಟು ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾರದರ್ಶಕತೆ ತರಲು ಸಹಾಯಕ. ಭಾರತ ಸರಕಾರ EIA ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾಯಿದೆ/ಕಾನೂನಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲೂ ನೀಡಲಿ.

Firstly, Under #Article348 (2) the local/native languages should be officially introduced in all the High courts.
#Article348 (2) is the way forward for very sustenance of Judicial dispensation system. For effective and meaningful dispensation court proceedings, more importantly the High courts must function in the local langauge. Langauge is the most lethal tool in denying justice to needy.
