@SK17298002 @metline That Naomi Smith was completely useless during the #askmet session few months back. She could barely string a single response together. Can’t believe the fool still has a job.

@metline #AskMet whenever there is a delay on the metline (on average 3 times a week) do us the customers not get an automatic refund? I have to apply for the refund and it gets rejected. The #metline service is awful and with constant weekend works they do not improve. Give us our refund

@metline Why are there regularly 3 trains in a row from Harrow to Watford in the evening with a 15 minute wait for an Uxbridge train? This happens in reverse too. #AskMet

@metline What happened to the trespassers around Neasdon last week? They messed with thousands of lives and must be held to account. #AskMet

@metline Why is service suspended when trespassers are reported? It is colossally distuptive. Why not just fit snow ploughs to the front of each train? #AskMet

@metline When are we going to see the new signals working on the Uxbridge branch so that we can have the service frequency increase promised when the old trains with more seats were withdrawn? #AskMet

#askmet The Uxbridge service needs looking at to reduce long waiting times and overcrowding during rush hour. At Harrow in the evenings there can sometimes be 3 empty Watfords to 1 overcrowded Uxbridge that I can't even get on to. Please can you look to improve the service.

@metline Why do the boards on the platform never show the correct minutes till next train. Rush hour trains are always late going south from harrow on the hill. The board will say 2 mins and 5 minutes later it’ll say 5 minutes……everyday! Its like a scene from Snatch! #AskMet

I have been commuting on the met line for 36 years. The day to day service is v good. However when things go wrong like they did on Thursday it is chaos. There seems to be non plan to recover, no info, no direction. Really poor. #AskMet

@MetLine #askmet can we stop fast services in the evening stopping at Wembley. They are packed until Harrow anyway?

#AskMet why has the service on the met line got so bad recently. Most days now travelling there is always some signal fault at Harrow . Why surely with all these works they should be working better??

@metline #AskMet Can you please better synchronise westbound services at Harrow On The Hill? If there's an Uxbridge train on the platform as a train from the other branch pulls in, it's infuriating the Ux train so often leaves before people from the other train get to transfer.

@metline #AskMet Will you replace useless tiny departure boards at Harrow with 2 large ones per platform showing concise info like at Finchley Rd, pls? And at West Harrow, can you resite tube maps away from narrowest point of platform? Have to walk v close to edge to get past people. Thx
