#AskNYCT I don't wanna say R train service is slow, but look who I saw on the platform this morning. The R line consistenty ranks as the worst or near-worst line for service. When are hard-working Bay Ridge commuters finally going to see improvements?
We have added medical teams at key locations across the network to help ill customers off trains and minimize delays. We also stress to all riders to please get off the train if possible, if they're not feeling well. ^AB #AskNYCT

@NYCTSubway #AskNYCT Is there a plan in the works to do a better job of real-time communication of service disruptions? I’ve been asking for a while for an online map showing all reroutings in real time. The Weekender doesn’t even show reroutes. Can you do better there?
#AskNYCT Why do busiest stations in the city have one countdown clock - often in back of the platform hidden by another hanging object? TS, HS, Un Sq, 125th (A, B, C, D), Rock Center etc - all have 1 clock on the platform. That's not the good customer service Mr. Byford pledges.
There has been some work happening during off-peak service which requires flagging at above ground sections, causing bunching and uneven merges. We are reviewing dispatching and operation of the 2 line and how it might effect the 3 line and vice versa. ^PD #asknyct

We're currently working on an economic impact analysis, which will be a critical part of the case I present in Albany this spring to persuade legislators to fund #FastForwardNYC. The report will include specifics around benefits and cost, so please watch this space. ^AB #ASkNYCT
@NYCTSubway #AskNYCT on Monday there was a 22 minute gap during rush hour on south bound R trains. Why? This was never properly explained.
The work is already happening, and we've already safely increased speed at over 30 locations. Expect more improvements throughout the four boroughs soon. ^AB #AskNYCT
