@bt_uk called 03.02.2018 to make a complaint,she said it was fine to pay a third seems as they billed me quarterly n I wanted monthly and now they cut me off!! I raised a complaint for call recording last week and they closed my complaint without telling me n cut me off! #AvoidBT
