Shame on @British_Airways every American who connected from the us to #Edinburgh through @londonheathrow on #flight1438 today had their checked bags left at LHR. Don’t change planes and gates 5 times and this doesn’t happen. “We should have them to you by Sunday!” 😳😡#badba

Anyone else getting terrible service from @British_Airways recently? They took our money three weeks ago, but not given flight... Not taking calls... answering emails etc... #BadBA Is this theft? Fraud?
