Condos now empty because of the foreign homebuyers bans. Prices should drop, but it appears developers are hoarding them and outwaiting the ban.

Very telling. When Andrew Weaver was the lone @bcgreens MLA in the legislature, he frequently voted with the #BCLiberals.
Today I joined @VoteCentreBC #bcpoli. The resignation of @PeterMilobar from the @Conservative_BC earlier in the day was the inspiration (the @BCGreens lost me ages ago).
When I was first elected in 2013, I sat next to @Mike_A_Bernier in the legislature. We became friends (and both later became friends with @jjhorgan). The three of us recognized that it was important to transcend partisan boundaries if we wanted to implement lasting policy solutions.
My decision to join CentreBC is all about good governance and has nothing to do with partisan tribalism.
IMHO @jjhorgan was a great, if not one of the greatest Premiers of BC. @Dave_Eby, on the other hand, IMHO is an unmitigated disaster. Yet @KerryLynneFindl is the other side of the same coin as Eby, also IMHO.
I trust @Mike_A_Bernier. He is fiscally conservative, and socially/environmenmtally responsible. He is pragmatic and recognizes that perfection is the enemy of progress.
While there are good people doing good work in both the @bcndp and @Conservative_BC, If we collectively want to position our province for the future, these folk need to unite behind a pragmatic centrist option as rage farming and polarized politics benefits nobody.
@Bzubyk Dallas Brodie's seat used to be the safe seat of multiple #BCLiberals' party leaders.
People in Vancouver-Quilchena didn't vote OneBC.
They rejected Brodie during the previous by-election.
I think this is a negotiation for a seat in the legislature here potentially.

@Bratt_world #BCLiberals were conservatives. The name was a gimmick to catch federal Liberal voters. Lots fell for it. Cruel cuts & laws that affected the working poor.
When the gimmick wore out, they became BCUnited, then sold out to ramshackle @Conservative_BC riding #Poilievre's tailcoats.
