Spot on, Jed. Echoing your #BlendedValue proposition from years ago, as soon as we begin to understand philanthropy and capitalism as similar activities on a financial return spectrum, we'll begin to Rubik's Cube the deeper #PurposeOfCapital.
Actually, philanthropy is a form of capital, just with a different risk, return and impact profile from market rate or near-market rate capital and plays a critical role as catalytic and bridging capital for capacity building and a variety of other functions.
