I was going to reach out to the real estate agent and let her know she may have been scammed but she blocked me on here. She blocked my agent as well. She's not hard to find but please don't reach out to her. This is all on @bluehost #BluehostScam

I'm moving to a different provider. My point is, @bluehost cannot be trusted with their customers' information. They have major security issues. Do NOT use them. (11/?) #BluehostScam

@bluehost has info to verify that I own my domain name. How this woman got past their "security mesaures" twice is beyond me, but it shows gross incompetence on their part. Frankly, the fact that they gave me her personal info shows further incompetence. (10/?) #BluehostScam

So, it looks like someone @bluehost tried to sell her a domain name that already belonged to me OR a third party illegally "sold" it to her. Either way, @bluehost committed a severe security breach by giving her access to my account. (9/?) #BluehostScam

They still couldn't explain how this happened. My agent reached out to the real estate agent directly. It did not go well. According to her, @bluehost sold her my domain name. I've owned that domain for years and WILL own it for years. (8/?) #BluehostScam

I get an email like the one from Saturday - my primary email and password have been changed on my account. My agent and I call. They hung up on us once, claimed they couldn't hear us twice. It took 5 calls for us to speak to someone in management. (7/?) #BluehostScam

My film agent reached out to them as well and spoke to a supervisor. So did my web developer. @bluehost told both of them they would make a notation on my account to make sure it doesn't happen again. Fast forward to today. (6/?) #BluehostScam

@bluehost gave me control of my account and assured me this wouldn't happen again. They did not, however, explained how she got away with this in the first place. I was told that the incident would be noted on my account to ensure it doesn't happen again. (5/?) #BluehostScam

They gave me the email that had been used. With a quick Google search, I learned that it belonged to a real estate agent out of the DFW. I told them that I am not her nor do I know her. I then sent in a copy of my ID to verify who I am. (4/?) #BluehostScam

They claimed this other person, whose name is also Angie Thomas, verified that she owned the account/domain name. To verify, you have to send in a copy of identifcation. They then claimed that maybe I'd been a victim of identity theft. No. I had not been. (3/?) #BluehostScam

The password to my account was also changed. Keep in mind that if someone can login to my account, they can access my address, phone number, and possibly my credit card number. I told Bluehost that it was not me who changed the login info (2/?) #BluehostScam

Do not use @bluehost for ANYTHING. They have jeopardized my safety and security more than once over the past few days. This past weekend, I received an email from them saying that the primary email on my account had changed. I did NOT change it. (1/?) #BluehostScam
