Just as the Sri Lankan Tamil cause was badly betrayed by the barbarism of the LTTE, the Palestinian cause has been damaged by the brutality of the fundamentalist Hamas. The world cannot forgive this onslaught on innocent civilians. No struggle for sovereignty or national liberation can ever succeed using violence to force a solution.
