@optimum That settles it, it's clearly been all @optimum's fault. First dropping MSG, now this? #boycottoptimum
@CanadianNormal I stopped shopping his stores in the spring, before the election, when I could see the writing on the wall. Easy to switch. Havenβt touched my Optimum card since May and I donβt intend to ever again. #BoycottOptimum would be a better hashtag.
Installed a community internet node @nycmesh on my roof yesterday. After two years of fighting with optimum I can finally leave this abusive relationship behind. Every node that goes up strengthens the network.
Keep up the hard work everyone! AlticeUSA is feeling the sting of lost customers!
#alticeiscancelled #boycottoptimum
Cable provider Altice USA fell as much as 8% after management said the company expects to lose 15,000 to 20,000 broadband customers this quarter https://t.co/ooT0Bbgf22
First full day testing out T-Mobile home internet and I'm frankly impressed with the speeds!
May end up cancelling Optimum cable entirely if these speeds remain consistent!

Optimum coming by 1100-1400 today. Let's see if they even bother to show up.
If they do, I'm sure that my internet will conveniently have no issues.

@OptimumHelp @OptimumHelp says "sorry, we can't help you until tomorrow. We've escalated your case. I don't what the problem is."
Guess I'm just not getting any work done today?

If this keeps up I'm going to lose my job. Got dropped from an important work meeting. @optimumhelp
I'm completely done with this BS. If I had any other comparable option, I'd cancel Optimum tomorrow.

Someone give me a good reason to stick with @optimum. I feel like itβs the 90s all over again. #Optimumoutage #boycottoptimum

@optimum Keep stealing from your customers, it will catch up to you!! #boycottoptimum !! Not to mention you cant even speak to a live person everything is automated! So no answers! @optimum is the WORST CABLE SERVICE & THIEVES!!
@optimum on top of the already over priced service, its terrible service at that! Just to double charge me!! For what? Terrible internet connection & basic cable?? #boycottoptimum
@optimum @OptimumHelp still cannot service customers by restoring service.
@NYGovCuomo needs to review failed response by @optimum @OptimumHelp
BOYCOTT OPTIMUM ALTICE #boycottoptimum
@OptimumHelp @OptimumHelp The lack of customer care is just plain awful. A lot of us rely on the Internet to make a living. Iβm switching providers and will suggest everyone to do the same. Ever since they were acquired by Altice they have become a money hungry machine #boycottoptimum
@OptimumHelp optimum doesn't even bother to answer my tweets after they take down internet service. For those of you needing cable service please look for other alternatives. No internet everyday for several hours.

Been with them for over a decade. After downsizing to a lesser package, @optimum increases my bill during a pandemic citing it was a promotion. Am looking for another provider. Thievery! #boycottoptimum
This is @optimum They turned off my 89 year old motherβs phone with no warning. Thank God I got her a cell. She had cancer. Optimum was supposed to suspend the service while she was in hospital. Instead they ripped me off for $535. #BoycottOptimum
So @optimum turned off my 90 year old motherβs cable today because they claimed she owed $535. I tried for months to get Optimum to give her the credit for a suspended account, but they said they had no record of a call I KNOW I MADE WHEN MY MOTHER HAD CANCER!? #BoycottOptimum
