@GWRHelp please put more carriages on the 1618 train from London to Swansea, it is ALWAYS busy. Why only 5 carriages when other trains are longer? People are stood in every aisle, it’s impossible to get a drink or go to the toilet due to overcrowding. Also #bringbackthebuffet car
