The latest @GPEditor story 28/8 which purports to be a “conversation with a Western Diplomat/Spy” on #Ethiopia #Eritrea and #HOA #C2FC definitely reads like it’s the views of Matt Bryden / SAHAN.

3. CIA gone rogue - Basically the Basma/#C2FC idea but without political sanction, possibly engineered by and on behalf of corporate covert interests who have the same plan, but delivered via an operation which is not sanctioned by the State Dept.
There are several theories as to what is going on with this.
